History
COONTROL was born from the experience of its two partners in boilers for heat generation. Based on this, they realized that the boilers could not maintain their efficiency as designed. So, they sought to understand the reasons for the lag. Burning information is essential to improve regulation and increase its performance. Therefore, COONTROL sought to acquire knowledge of sensors for gas analysis.
This gave rise to the opportunity to develop a business. After all, all the suppliers of these sensors were imported.
In 2013, they started the project for their first product, an O₂ analyzer. However, this solution alone was not sufficient for the data collection task. In 2014, the development of a system for indicator analysis began. 2015 marked the development of the SMB 300 - Biomass Measurement System, with the moisture and volume analysis modules. The project came from the perception of how the quality of biomass influences the optimization of combustion. To complement the SMB 300, 2016 brought the weight measurement module and the monitoring system of the information generated by it. With the first sales of the SMB 300 in 2017, there was a need to improve the functionalities.
From this, COONTROL improved business management techniques and hired Marketing and Process Management professionals. Not least because they saw the opportunity to expand the business.
In the same year, the redirection of the business resulted in the migration of the name of EFAI Industrial Automation to COONTROL Combustion Technology. The aim was to build a benchmark brand in the market.

The name COONTROL is not by chance! All the solutions led to it. The meaningful symbology begins with the chemical representation of the conversion obtained in the combustion of O₂, which is converted into CO₂. Starting with O=O (oxygen bond), this transformation leads to CO₂, represented in our brand as the infinity graphic. The complete word concludes our goal, which is to control combustion efficiently.
